Antoine brings more than 25 years of experience in urban design, planning, and development, helping cities advance equitable growth and community-centered transformation. Drawing on leadership across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, he is a trusted strategist known for aligning vision, partnerships, and impactful outcomes.
Antoine’s career has been dedicated to fostering inclusive development that strengthens communities and creates lasting value. As Detroit’s former Director of Planning & Development, he led transformative initiatives that connected residents, businesses, and public stakeholders around a shared vision for growth. His deep understanding of civic leadership, economic development, and community engagement informs his work guiding complex projects across the country. A recognized advocate for diversity and inclusion, Antoine serves in leadership roles with NOMA and ACE, while mentoring emerging professionals and contributing to conversations shaping the future of cities and the design profession.
