Biography
With nearly three decades of experience, Becky is a recognized leader in workplace design and client relationship management. She translates clients' goals into innovative, world-class environments that enhance performance, culture, and employee experience.
Known for her energy and vision, Becky brings an understanding of the rapidly changing workplace landscape that has played a transformative role in guiding strategic workplace design for clients in the financial, legal, and professional services industries. As a longtime Global Client Relationship Leader at Gensler, she has invested heavily in mentorship, talent development, and knowledge sharing, creating and supporting programs that strengthen client relationships while preparing the next generation of professionals to lead. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at New Paltz and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the New York School of Interior Design.

Over the course of my career, I’ve learned that successful outcomes come from listening closely, asking the right questions, and building trust through every step of the process.
