Biography
Brad is a Principal and Studio Director in Gensler’s San Francisco office who helps shape the future of the firm’s Aviation practice through design-build innovation. As the Northwest Regional Aviation Leader and an account leader for San Francisco International Airport, he brings deep expertise in large-scale, complex aviation projects.
With more than 20 years of experience, Brad is adept at managing large-scale, multi-phase projects and integrating stakeholder engagement with design. He currently oversees the architectural design team on SFO’s $2.5 billion Terminal 3 West modernization and previously led work on the award-winning Harvey Milk Terminal 1. An active Design-Build Institute of America member and frequent speaker at industry events, Brad is committed to elevating new voices, shaping professional standards, and optimizing integrated teams to deliver the next generation of design-build projects. Brad holds a Bachelor of Architectural Design from the University of Minnesota.
My design-build experience lets me contribute to the growth of our global aviation practice. As policy changes open previously restricted public markets to design-build delivery, we're seeing significant growth across aviation, in major airport projects beyond SFO. I bring design-build and aviation together through thought leadership and proven delivery at SFO.
