Biography
As a Studio Director and workplace design expert in Gensler’s Morristown office, Dana has completed more than 20 million square feet for clients. Her cross-disciplinary expertise in architecture and interior design brings cohesion, balance, and clarity to complex workplace projects.
Dana raises the bar for workplace design, and clients regard her as a tireless advocate for their goals. She is an Advisory Member of the CoreNet New Jersey Chapter, having also served as President. She serves on the Board of Trustees for CREDA NJ and is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects. She participates in numerous panel discussions on industry trends, attracting and retaining talent, women leadership strategies, and mentoring. Dana also supports causes close to her heart, including The Seeing Eye and Best Buddies of NJ.
Building strong client relationships starts with understanding what motivates each client. I personalize the experience to build trust, confidence, and true partnership, and I measure success when clients embrace a project as their own and share its story with conviction.
