Biography
Geoffrey is a Principal and Design Director in Gensler's New York office, known for turning complex problems into clear, compelling ideas, then finding the simplest possible way to make them real.
His work spans mission-critical infrastructure, higher education, healthcare, repositioning, and retail, but his approach remains deliberately consistent: question assumptions, remove the unnecessary, and make every move earn its place. Geoffrey has led award-winning work including the University of Kansas School of Business, 167 Green Street, Brookhaven National Laboratory's Science and User Support Center, and a pair of next-generation AI infrastructure campuses for O'Leary Digital. Across scales and typologies, he combines systems thinking, technical rigor, and a strong point of view to create architecture that is ambitious without being indulgent.
Design should make complexity disappear. If the answer doesn’t feel inevitable, we’re not done.
