Biography
Haiwen serves as Regional Operating Officer for Gensler’s Asia Pacific & Middle East region, leading business operations across nine offices and the regional administrative hub in Singapore. With more than 20 years of experience across private industry and Big Four firms, she brings expertise in finance, operations, and international business.
Haiwen works closely with regional and office leadership teams to support business performance, operational consistency, and long-term growth across a diverse portfolio of markets. Having lived and worked in Asia, Europe, and North America, she brings an international perspective to navigating complex business environments and cross-border collaboration. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, she combines global experience with deep financial expertise. Haiwen is an elected Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School.
