Héctor is a Studio Director at Gensler, leading teams at the intersection of design, technology, and culture. His work spans industrial innovation hubs, corporate workplaces, commercial spaces, and mixed-use environments. With a forward-looking approach, Héctor brings clarity to complexity, combining creativity, technical leadership, and construction-minded thinking across the full design lifecycle. He believes in building diverse, empowered teams that think boldly and adapt quickly. Guided by purpose and energized by possibility, his work explores how technology can enable better design and collaboration, ultimately creating spaces that respond, evolve, and elevate the human experience.
What enriches me as an architect is adapting to different conditions, people, and businesses. They encourage us to find creative solutions, bring order to complexity, and respond to each client’s unique needs. Beyond delivering projects, I want to create opportunities for others to learn and grow.
