His portfolio includes landmark redevelopments such as Westfield Century City and FIGat7th, along with the transformation of Brookfield’s California Market Center in downtown Los Angeles. More recently, James has focused on projects in the social housing, senior living, and behavioral health sectors, including four adaptive reuse and historic preservation projects at the West Los Angeles VA campus.
