Biography
Jerry is Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Houston office, where he brings more than 30 years of experience bridging architecture, brand strategy, and design to create holistic solutions for his clients.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning mixed-use, retail, master planning, hospitality, environmental graphics, and brand identity, he applies a rare cross-disciplinary perspective to every project. Before joining Gensler, Jerry founded and co-led Acumen Design, a creative branding agency based in Houston, for 20 years. He moves seamlessly between design disciplines and brings that fluency directly to his clients.
He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and his Master of Architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles.
