Biography

Jim has vast experience that crosses many practice areas as well as coast to coast locations. Clients consistently find him to be a trusted advisor with a sharp focus on delivery, cost management, and attention to detail.

Jim is passionate about building trusted relationships and using his creative problem solving skills. He forges strong relationships with local code officials, plan reviewers, field inspectors and others, which helps to keep schedules moving and minimizes costly changes in the field. His approach to project delivery allows him to be a better steward of clients’ budgets and, ultimately, a better advocate for their projects. Also enthusiastic about growing people within the firm, Jim consistently works with designers to help them realize their visions, using sound construction, feasibility, and code knowledge.
