As Gensler’s Representative in Japan, he helps clients navigate complex challenges and turn ambitious visions into workplaces that drive lasting business value.
Drawing on extensive experience and a leadership role in the Tokyo office, Jo directs the delivery of projects both in Japan and abroad. His background spans architecture, project management, and client relationships, allowing him to translate local market insight into solutions that support clients’ business objectives. Previously serving as Workplace Director and Client Relationship Leader for the Asia Pacific and Middle East region, Jo is a trusted advisor known for fostering long-term relationships, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring every project aligns with clients’ visions and goals.
