Biography
As an Account Director in Gensler’s Morristown office, Jonathan works with clients to design inspiring retail environments and develop immersive strategies that engage the user experience from awareness to transaction.
Jonathan believes the goal of retail design is to curate a memorable experience for the customer. With more than two decades in the industry and a background in architecture, he specializes in bespoke luxury flagships, national rollouts, and store prototypes. Throughout his career, he has worked with globally renowned brands including Mikimoto, Canada Goose, Primark, and Capital One.
Jonathan is an NCARB certified architect in the U.S. and is on the register of architects in the U.K.
Retail design is about shaping authentic, purposeful consumer experiences that bring brands to life and create lasting connections. I begin every project with a team that deeply understands the brand’s identity and the people it serves.
