Biography
Lily is an award-winning Creative Director and Building Transformation & Adaptive Reuse Leader for Gensler’s North Central Region. With more than 25 years of experience, she specializes in creating compelling design narratives and transformative environments that align evolving user needs with business and community goals.
Lily is recognized for delivering deeply experiential, branded environments that unlock enhanced value and new potential in buildings, districts, and communities. Her expertise spans workplace, hospitality, wellness, adaptive reuse, repositioning, and mixed-use development strategies. A trusted advisor to clients across the globe, including Ford, Bedrock, Volkswagen, Olympia Development, and General Motors, she helps organizations reimagine existing assets to meet future demands. Known for fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, Lily has earned industry recognition through features in Architectural Record, Metropolis, Axios, and Great Lakes by Design, while remaining a passionate advocate for mentorship, inclusion, and community impact.
