Biography
Lucian is a global leader of Gensler’s Industrial & Logistics practice and Project Director based in Gensler’s Houston office.
Lucian is committed to understanding the dynamics of process-driven environments to deliver connected, responsive, and sustainably conscious buildings. He identifies challenges and creates human-centered, solution-oriented designs that integrate efficiency, safety, connectedness, performance, flow, and speed to market.
Throughout his career, Lucian has served as a project manager on industrial projects of varying sizes, including manufacturing and industrial complexes, logistics warehouses, and research, development, and testing centers. As a result, Lucian has experience in all aspects of the architectural practice, from early conceptual design to construction documentation and administration. Lucian dedicates himself to delivering high-quality work that is both precise and timely while maintaining the integrity of original design concepts.
