Biography
Martha is a Principal and Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Phoenix office with more than 30 years of experience delivering complex, human-centered design solutions. Her work spans a myriad of industries, from workplace, sports, entertainment, and education to mixed-use environments.
Martha focuses on creating dynamic “work-life” destinations that generate lasting value for clients and communities. Known for her strategic leadership and ability to translate vision into execution, she has led a wide range of high-profile projects across multiple markets and delivery methods. She is equally recognized for building strong client relationships and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams. An active leader in the industry, Martha is involved with many organizations such as GPL, PCA, and ULI, speaks frequently at industry events, and has been honored as one of AZRE's Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate.
