Biography
Nayan Parekh is a Principal and Global Work Sector Leader at Gensler who works at the intersection of design, real estate, and organizational transformation. Trained as an architect and sociologist, she helps organizations turn workplace strategy, research, and data into environments that support people, performance, and business value.
Based in Singapore, Nayan Parekh brings more than two decades of experience shaping corporate, learning, life sciences, and R&D environments across Asia, the U.K., and continental Europe. Her interdisciplinary, user-centered approach combines qualitative insight, market intelligence, and portfolio data to translate complex trends into clear strategies and decision-making tools. She partners with global organizations to deliver workplace transformation programs that strengthen performance, culture, and employee experience. A recognized thought leader and industry speaker, Nayan has contributed to conversations on hybrid work, workplace equity, resilient cities, and organizational change through Gensler research, international conferences, and leading media platforms.
