With a deep commitment to client experience and design excellence, Sarah partners with organizations to create meaningful outcomes for people, businesses, and communities. Her global perspective and collaborative leadership style help teams navigate complexity and bring ambitious visions to life.
As Co-Regional Client Relationship Leader and Executive Director, Sarah leads local and global teams in crafting solutions that harmonize design with business objectives for clients worldwide. Prior to that, she served as the Managing Director of Gensler’s Tokyo office and as Co-Managing Director of the firm’s Chicago office. Her extensive experience encompasses a variety of industries and project types, ranging from new urban high-rise hospitals to intimate workplace designs. Sarah excels in leading teams within diverse, multicultural environments and consistently prioritizes client experience.
I’ve never thought of my career as a straight path. Every city, project, client, and colleague has taught me something new. Gensler has given me the opportunity to keep learning, to take on new challenges, and, most importantly, to help others find opportunities to grow and make an impact of their own.
