Biography
A Critical Facilities Leader for Gensler’s Southeast Region, Shawn Reichart has more than 25 years of experience leading the design of data centers, secure government facilities, and operation centers.
In addition to ensuring that critical operational demands are met, Shawn’s emphasis in his projects is to develop a compelling workplace design, both for the benefit of current employees and to help clients attract and retain a new generation of technology-driven talent. Shawn understands and can translate into simple terms the complicated technical issues associated with mission critical projects. An early adopter, he undertook his first LEED® Silver, Revit, and Uptime Tier III-certified project in 2004. Shawn is a Registered Architect and earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University.
The most successful mission-critical facilities do more than support operations. They create environments where people can do their best work, solve complex challenges, and drive innovation with confidence.
