With more than 25 years of experience, Terence has shaped airport projects in the U.S. and abroad, including Incheon International Airport Terminal 2; San Francisco International Airport Terminals 1, 2, and 3; San José Mineta International Airport; San Diego International Airport’s New Terminal 1 and associated roadway improvements; and ongoing work at Los Angeles International Airport.

His work focuses on improving the passenger experience through design that is efficient, intuitive, and rooted in local context. He believes the most successful airports balance operational performance with a strong sense of place, creating gateways that reflect regional identity while elevating the global traveler journey. As a Registered Architect and LEED AP, he brings a civic-minded approach to transportation design, balancing operational needs with the culture and identity of the communities these gateways serve.
