Biography
Theresa is Regional Managing Principal for Gensler’s Asia Pacific and Middle East region, where she leads complex projects and client relationships. Previously, she spent 28 years in Gensler’s Washington, D.C. office, working on some of the firm’s most complex international architecture and interior design projects.
Theresa is a recognized strategic advisor who helps clients and consultant teams address the evolving challenges facing cities, emphasizing resilience, adaptability, and environmental performance. An advocate for sustainable, highperformance design, she brings deep expertise in technologydriven solutions that reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
A fellow of the American Institute of Architects, her global portfolio includes major hospitality, corporate, and education projects. She is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and a former member of Gensler’s Board of Directors.

Sustainability is woven into the fabric of everything we do at Gensler. We see it as an ongoing commitment that goes beyond projects to include research, partnerships, and active community engagement.
