The Bogotá Technology and Innovation Center, also known as the 2600 Campus, is a Gensler-designed vertical campus near Corferias and Bogotá’s city center, within a rapidly transforming industrial area. Conceived as a platform for collaboration, it integrates public spaces, research environments, coworking, business accelerators, and flexible workplaces within a vertically connected campus.

The campus is designed to serve a broad range of users, including startups, established corporations, universities, research institutions, and independent professionals. It’s intended to be the first component of a larger innovation district where these communities interact on a daily basis.

Open circulation, biophilic design, and naturally lit gathering spaces encourage spontaneous encounters that fuel creativity and knowledge exchange. Terraces and shared amenities connect interior programs to one another and to the surrounding city, making collaboration a natural part of everyday life on campus.

The campus features adaptable floorplates designed to evolve alongside emerging technologies and shifting organizational needs, making it a long-term home for tenants at any stage of growth.

The project is designed to be the first component of a larger innovation district, with the ambition to accelerate knowledge exchange, attract investment, and strengthen Bogotá's position as a regional innovation hub. Its design integrates urban planning, workplace strategy, education, and mixed-use programming to support the long-term transformation of the city’s innovation landscape.

Terraces and public spaces are woven throughout the campus to strengthen connections between interior programs and surrounding city. Rather than functioning as an isolated building, the 2600 Campus is designed to be an active part of its urban context — open, accessible, and engaged with the neighborhood around it.
