Gensler designed Catapult as an immersive, hybrid-ready learning hub that brings executive education, collaboration, and technology together in one flexible environment.

The core design move was to turn executive learning into a shared, highly immersive experience rather than a series of static classrooms. Gensler organized Catapult around flexible studios, breakout spaces, an auditorium, and technology-rich teaching environments that support multiple formats, from in-person workshops to hybrid broadcasts and large-scale presentations. Features such as the LED wall, 180- and 360-degree immersive studios, and executive meeting spaces help the centre support collaboration, engagement, and customized learning for leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
