Gensler designed an inside-out workplace where architecture, landscape, and technology work together to elevate employee experience, environmental performance, and organizational connectivity.

Rather than designing around the building’s form, Gensler shaped the headquarters around how people connect and innovate. An optimized oval geometry links interconnected floorplates across nine levels, encouraging collaboration while creating a highly efficient workplace. Skylights, horizontal louvers, green roofs, rainwater harvesting, and climate-responsive planning work together to reduce energy demand and enhance comfort. The result is a headquarters where workplace performance, sustainability, and Viettel’s corporate identity are seamlessly integrated into one cohesive design.

Every design move was driven by a simple question: How could the headquarters perform better for people and the environment? The team adopted an inside-out design approach, optimizing floor depths to maximize daylight while shaping the building’s oval form to strengthen connectivity across departments. A continuous Green Ring of landscaped roofs, terraces, and ecological spaces extends nature throughout the campus, while integrated shading, natural ventilation strategies, and rainwater harvesting improve environmental performance without compromising workplace experience.
