Al is a Principal and technical design leader in Gensler's Boston office, bringing clarity and rigor to complex projects and translating innovative design concepts into buildable solutions. His deep technical expertise and collaborative approach help teams deliver high-performing environments with precision at every phase.
With nearly three decades of industry experience, Al is recognized for advancing the delivery of complex, large-scale architectural projects. Since joining the firm in 2005, he has helped strengthen Gensler's architectural expertise and build enduring client relationships through thoughtful execution and technical rigor. A dedicated mentor and collaborator, Al champions a culture of continuous learning, fostering knowledge sharing and elevating standards of design quality, innovation, and project delivery. He holds a Master of Architecture from Boston Architectural College.
