Bhavin Mehta is a Studio Director and Senior Associate at Gensler, leading the Lifestyle Studio for Bangalore office and leading the Delhi NCR office. With nearly three decades of experience, he turns clients’ ambitious visions into impactful destinations.
As Studio Director leading Gensler’s Delhi-NCR office, Bhavin combines architectural expertise, business acumen, and strategic leadership to deliver complex projects across India. His portfolio spans commercial office buildings, mixed-use developments, residential communities, hospitality destinations, and retail centers. Known for managing large-scale, fast-track projects, Bhavin excels at navigating multidisciplinary teams across markets, cultures, and time zones. Most recently, his leadership contributed to more than 30 million square feet of project work across eight cities. He is passionate about integrating design, research, technology, and delivery to drive innovation and long-term client value.
