Brittany is a Principal and Global Account Director based in Gensler’s Charlotte office. With more than 16 years of experience in the United States and abroad, she specializes in cultivating trusted client relationships and leading complex workplace projects that align design solutions with organizational goals.
Recognized for her strategic leadership and global perspective, Brittany serves as account director for one of Gensler’s largest and longest-standing client relationships. Drawing on her background as a trained architect, she excels at guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex challenges and delivering environments that support both business objectives and exceptional employee experiences. She is a passionate advocate for design excellence, collaboration, mentorship, and client-centered problem-solving.
