Carlos is a Principal and Professional Services Leader of Gensler’s European region, who has partnered for over 30 years with corporate clients to deliver innovative workplace environments.
Being at the forefront of the firm’s Legal practice, Carlos is involved in delivering projects for legal clients as well as industry-focused research. He’s an agile, skilled, and trusted advisor to his clients, striving to find the best customised solutions that work locally while offering a global perspective. With his vast experience working across diverse markets and practices, Carlos brings a holistic perspective to professional services projects. Understanding what it takes for businesses to grow and attract talent allows him to better advise his clients to design their ideal future destination workplaces.
