Biography
Eric is a Principal and Studio Director in Gensler’s Chicago office, where he helps shape the future of work environments design through innovation, collaboration, and thought leadership.
As a leader in Gensler’s Workplace practice, Eric partners with organizations across industries to create purpose-driven environments that reflect each client’s unique culture, goals, and aspirations. He’s recognized for advancing new approaches to workplace strategy and design, connecting bold ideas, emerging trends, and diverse perspectives to deliver meaningful solutions. Beyond project work, Eric is an active industry voice, contributing to publications and speaking engagements, and has served on the boards of The Wabash Lights and the CoreNet Global Chicago Chapter.
Design at all scale matters. Every touchpoint, every interaction, and every moment of delight, surprise, or ease is the result of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
