Biography
Eric Stultz is a Principal, Studio Director, and Design Director in Gensler's Los Angeles office, where he co-leads the mixed-use studio and oversees the design of large-scale urban developments and destination projects.
With more than 35 years of experience, Eric is currently leading transformative projects including Rams Village at Warner Center, Viva at Warner Center, and The Mill at Vicksburg. Eric’s work reflects his ability to lead complex, high-impact developments that respond directly to a city’s most pressing needs, translating ambitious civic and community goals into built reality.
Beyond project work, he helps drive design excellence across Gensler’s Los Angeles office as Design Experience Leader and has played a key role in advancing the firm’s digital design capabilities, having founded and led Gensler’s Digital Design practice for 15 years. His work is recognized for blending innovative design, placemaking, and technical excellence across complex mixed-use, hospitality, entertainment, and civic developments globally.
I believe an architect’s greatest value is clarity. My role is to synthesize complex priorities, technical challenges, and stakeholder interests into a shared vision that helps clients, communities, and project teams make confident decisions and achieve exceptional outcomes.
