Erin Mahoney

Biography

A Studio Director and Principal in Gensler’s Morristown office, Erin Mahoney specializes in refining architectural processes and mitigating risk, which translates into established best practices and value for Gensler’s clients.

Erin brings more than 25 years of experience in a range of practice areas including headquarters, building repositioning, media, tech, and law firm workplaces. Her expertise includes optimization of the design and delivery process for building repositioning projects to create spaces that are flexible, efficient, and attractive to prospective tenants, while increasing client return on investment. As a passionate mentor, she uses her depth of knowledge to champion technical excellence and help shape the next generation of leaders in the field of architecture.

The most rewarding part of my practice is co-creating with clients. I thrive on listening deeply, understanding the challenges behind the challenge, and working side by side with teams to solve complex problems. The best outcomes come from collaboration, where diverse perspectives come together to create solutions that are both meaningful and achievable.
