Biography
Lindsay is a Design Director and Principal in Gensler’s London office. With more than 20 years’ experience, she has created workplaces that connect business strategy, human experience and design to support the evolving needs of organisations and their people.
Lindsay is driven by her passion for creating innovative and human-centric design solutions that define the future of the workplace. Throughout her career, Lindsay has developed a diverse portfolio, working across multiple sectors and industries. She aligns client values with the principles of sustainability and responsible design, delivering strong concepts by harmonising strategy with emotive storytelling and narratives. The results offer her clients tailored solutions that address their specific business needs. Lindsay is also a Design Synergy Leader for Europe, a role in which she continually strives for excellence by pushing to connect the design synergy community within the region.
