Biography
Madeleine is the Managing Director of Gensler’s Birmingham office. With over 20 years of experience in the city, she is a seasoned architect whose work spans the education, industrial and logistics, critical facilities, transportation, residential, and commercial sectors.
Madeleine’s strong leadership skills, coupled with her experience in stakeholder management, enable her to shape clear briefs and deliver creative, effective concepts. She is commercially astute, focuses on interpreting client needs, and consistently provides innovative solutions. A trusted advisor across the firm, she leads projects throughout Gensler‘s growing portfolio. She also guides clients in the delivery of factory digital twins and strives to create sustainable solutions in the physical environment. With a passion for education and empowering the next generation, Madeleine has held External Examiner roles at Birmingham City University and London Southbank. She is currently an External Examiner at the University of Wolverhampton.
