Biography
Megan Dobstaff is a Principal and Design Director in Gensler’s London office, leading workplace strategy and design for organisations seeking purpose-led, tailor-made environments that reflect their culture and ways of working.
With a career spanning industries, geographies, and project scales, Megan brings a globally informed perspective to creating flexible, inclusive, and evidence-based workplaces where people and organisations can thrive. She grounds design decisions in data and insight, creating environments that support productivity, collaboration, and well-being. Her award-winning work has been recognised by Interior Design Magazine, FX, and MIX. Megan combines rigorous thinking with creativity and storytelling to deliver dynamic placemaking that inspires people to do their best work, bringing a collaborative and energetic leadership style to every project.
