Biography
Meghan is a Principal and Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Chicago office, where she pairs strategic leadership with a deeply people-centered approach. She grows the business by investing in talent, building trusted client relationships, and empowering teams to deliver ambitious work together.
A licensed architect, Meghan brings together business leadership, client service, research, and experience leading every phase of the design process. She has helped grow Gensler’s business and advance new ideas across education, health, sciences, and civic work while serving in regional and global leadership roles, including on the firm’s Management Committee. Meghan also contributes her perspective through industry publications, national conferences, and leadership roles with the Urban Land Institute. Across each facet of her work, she brings teams and clients together around a shared vision and turns complex goals into successful projects.
