Biography
Natalie Engels is a Principal at Gensler who helps organizations design workplaces that enable people to become better at their work, not simply perform it. With nearly 30 years of experience, she advises leaders on how workplace can accelerate learning, strengthen culture, and drive organizational performance.
As a leader in Gensler’s Technology Practice Area, Natalie specializes in workplace ecosystems that support innovation and growth. Her expertise spans executive experience centers, headquarters, distributed global workplaces, and amenity programs, with a particular focus on food & beverage, and fitness experiences that strengthen connection and community. She is recognized for translating research and emerging trends into actionable strategies, and for partnering with executive teams to align workplace investments with culture, talent, and business objectives.
