Peter Stubb

Biography

Peter Stubb is a Design Director and Principal in Gensler's Baltimore office whose work focuses on transformative civic, transportation, workplace, and urban projects that strengthen communities and elevate the public experience of the built environment.

As Design Director, Peter helps lead complex projects that connect architecture, placemaking, and urban regeneration. His work includes major transportation and civic infrastructure initiatives such as the transformation of Baltimore Penn Station, where he has spoken publicly about balancing historic preservation with future mobility needs and enhancing connections between neighborhoods and transit. Colleagues describe him as passionate about design and exploring methodologies that harness design's power to positively transform communities. His project work reflects a commitment to creating destinations that serve both users and the broader city.
