With extensive experience across supertall towers, large-scale developments, and cross-region initiatives, she brings a strategic and execution-focused perspective to challenging projects and organizational environments.

Her experience leading large-scale developments, supertall towers, and global initiatives has given her a deep understanding of the organizational, technical, and operational challenges that shape project success. Having spent more than a decade working within Gensler's global platform, Susie understands how to connect the right teams, and resources to deliver ambitious outcomes.
