Todd partners with developers, real estate owners, corporate clients, and municipalities to shape vibrant mixed-use destinations and transformative development projects. His strategic approach brings together diverse stakeholder perspectives to create places that foster connection, economic vitality, and enduring value.
Todd is a Principal and Studio Director of Gensler Boston’s Work-Lifestyle Studio, where he oversees mixed-use, residential, retail, workplace, hospitality, and strategic building conversion projects. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience, Todd is known for his ability to navigate complex developments from concept through completion and fosters a collaborative design culture grounded in client priorities and technical precision. He is a dedicated mentor and regularly engages with students and industry groups to share knowledge and advance the profession.
