Opportunity

Bangalore is India’s largest tech talent hub, and consumer-facing companies have a difficult time attracting and retaining top talent in this highly competitive market.

In Bangalore’s competitive tech market, consumer brands must create a compelling workplace experience to stand out and attract top talent. It was especially true for 7-Eleven, a familiar brand in the U.S., but one that was just trying to get a foothold in the Indian market. The company needed a space that could help establish the 7-Eleven brand while also building a relationship with local talent.

Why This Matters

  1. 01

    Building Brand Recognition

As a new entrant in India, 7-Eleven needed more than office space. Success meant establishing brand presence and credibility; without it, the brand risked getting lost in a competitive market.

  2. 02

    Winning the Talent Battle

Bangalore's intense competition for tech talent turned workplace experience into a strategic advantage, helping 7-Eleven attract and retain skilled employees to fuel business growth.

  3. 03

    Connecting Global and Local

The workplace needed to express 7-Eleven's global identity while resonating with local employees, creating a sense of belonging and engagement that connects the brand to its people.

For 7-Eleven, this workplace had to do more than house employees — it had to introduce a brand to a new market and make people feel like they belonged to something bigger from day one.
