Biography
As Co-Managing Director and Principal of Gensler’s Bangalore office, Naseera shapes the office’s strategic direction, strengthens client relationships, and champions design quality. She ensures each project translates client ambitions into clear, high-performing design outcomes.
With more than 20 years of experience, Naseera has led large-scale projects in India and internationally through all phases of design and delivery. She interprets design concepts and project requirements, assesses project data, and manages design reviews to maintain quality and alignment with client expectations. Naseera is committed to team development and mentorship through a hands-on approach and is passionate about nurturing and empowering her team, building leadership capability and supporting the Bangalore office’s continued growth.
