To realize the firm’s vision for a more connected, future-ready workplace, the team organized the design around three integrated priorities: openness and choice, social connection, and high-performance wellness. Flexible offices, shared amenities, and hospitality-inspired spaces replaced traditional hierarchy, supporting focused work and informal exchange. Materiality and biophilic strategies reinforced comfort and identity, while a rigorous sustainability framework advanced performance. A four-story staircase serves as the workplace’s spatial and social spine, connecting the experience across floors.
