Lambda Oasis Campus rethinks large-scale office development as a human-scaled campus for innovation and tenant growth.

As emerging industries reshape workplace expectations, Lambda Oasis Campus presented an
opportunity to create a new model for innovation and a diverse tenant ecosystem.
The project needed to attract a broad range of tenants and talent while offering a more human-
centered alternative to conventional large-scale office developments. Located within a broader
urban strategy connecting surrounding green belt parks with Central Park, the site also offered a
strong foundation for integrating workplace, community, and nature.

Using its creative design, the Lambda Oasis Campus is uniting three plots to boost infrastructure and create a role model for urban and digital transformation.

Breaking down the scale and integrating biophilic design transform a conventional office development into a human-scaled innovation campus.

The project combines two complementary strategies: Breaking the Scale and Biophilic Design in
the Workplace. The master plan breaks down the overall development into smaller building
volumes and interconnected community clusters, creating a more human-scaled environment
while supporting a diverse mix of tenants. Biophilic principles inform the project from master
planning through architectural implementation, integrating landscape, pedestrian routes,
outdoor amenities, and tenant terraces to strengthen connections between workplace and
nature.

From brief to build: how human-scaled clusters, green access, tenant terraces, and a digital façade shaped Lambda Oasis Campus.

The design process focused on three moves. First, a three-incubator typology organized companies at different stages of growth around shared meeting spaces, cafés, leisure amenities, and a central plaza. Second, the landscape strategy connected the campus to the surrounding green belt network while compressing vehicular circulation to reduce hardscape and maximize green space. Third, façade studies developed a distinctive metal-rod system and nighttime lighting strategy that connect the site’s industrial heritage with its digital technology character.

An incubator strategy organizes diverse tenant typologies into clusters centered around a arrival plaza and shared community spaces.
