Biography
Athely is a Co-Managing Director in Gensler's London office and a global leader of the firm's Financial Services practice. She brings more than 20 years of experience managing large capital projects and building strong client relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Her client-centric approach, global outlook, and ability to see every project from multiple viewpoints (developer, tenant, owner, and designer) ensure that the expectations of all stakeholders are exceeded. Athely develops strong project strategies that inspire design teams, achieve clients' business goals, and ultimately have a positive impact on the built environment. Since joining Gensler in 2015, she has focused on helping global corporate occupiers transform their workplace portfolios through design innovation and well-considered change programmes.
