Biography

Chris is a Healthcare Leader and Senior Associate with more than 30 years of experience designing and delivering complex healthcare and life sciences projects. His expertise spans strategy, master planning, design concept development, and project delivery.

A trusted advisor to healthcare systems and institutions, Chris guides clients through critical decisions involving scope, phasing, cost, scheduling, and long-term flexibility. His pragmatic, solutions-focused approach aligns design with clinical performance, operational efficiency, and patient, and staff well-being. Across cancer centers, academic medical facilities, outpatient clinics, and hospital replacements, he leads multidisciplinary teams in creating adaptable environments that improve care delivery, strengthen communities, and maximize value while minimizing waste.
