Biography
Darrel Fullbright is a global leader in Gensler’s Office Building Practice Area, guiding projects across a diverse range of types and scales.
A respected strategic thinker in the real estate industry, Darrel brings extensive expertise to the design of commercial office, life science, hospitality, and government projects, with more than 3 million square feet of work to his portfolio. Darrel believes that truly understanding a client’s business is the foundation of great design, and he approaches every project as a true partnership between his team and the people they serve. Darrel is a long-time member of NAIOP and a board member of the Downtown San Diego Partnership planning group. He is a former co-instructor at the NewSchool of Architecture & Design and previously was a partner at a local legacy architectural firm. Darrel’s leadership has been recognized through design awards from the AIA, BOMA International, and Contract Magazine.
