As Managing Director of Gensler Germany, Lukasz provides leadership and strategic direction for the growth of the firm's business across Germany and Central Europe. He has led multidisciplinary projects for a range of clients, with a focus on resilience, enhancing human experiences, and creating long-term value.
Throughout his career, Lukasz has delivered projects that have set new industry standards and redefined benchmark design across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. He brings deep expertise across all building sectors, creates innovative, people-centered design solutions that respond to the evolving needs of cities and communities. Passionate about research and innovation, Lukasz champions Gensler's research-driven design approach, leveraging evidence-based insights and emerging technologies to deliver efficient, flexible, and collaborative solutions. A sought-after speaker, he regularly shares his expertise at international conferences and industry events.
