Megan Radebaugh

Biography

Megan is a Studio Director in Gensler's New York office who leads workplace projects for financial services, professional services, and technology clients, along with building repositioning initiatives for major New York owners and developers, drawing on a deep understanding of New York commercial real estate.

With two decades of experience, Megan guides projects from pre-lease evaluations and schematic planning through construction documentation, administration, and move-in. An active listener and direct communicator, she aligns client goals with practical, high-performing design solutions while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and consultants. Her portfolio includes work for Google, IBM, The Durst Organization, Olayan Group, and leading financial and professional services organizations.
