Biography
Naomi Sakamoto is a Principal and Technology Leader based in Gensler’s Paris office, leading the firm’s global and regional Technology practice. She brings a multidisciplinary perspective to design, with expertise spanning workplace, technology and the evolving relationship between people, physical space and the future of work.
With a background in urban design, civil engineering and architecture, Naomi has spent more than a decade at Gensler, working on projects ranging from high-rise residential towers and airports to workplace interiors. She is passionate about creating spaces that nurture talent and enhance human connection and regularly explores how the rapidly changing nature of work impacts people, buildings, and cities. A frequent participant at industry conferences and a keynote speaker across Europe, Naomi shares insights on the future of work and the importance of physical space.
