As Managing Director of Gensler’s Mumbai office, Shravan Bendapudi is a business and strategy leader committed to advancing innovation, fostering talent, and delivering projects that set global benchmarks. Drawing on expertise in strategy, research, and analytics, he helps clients solve complex challenges across workplace and mixed-use projects.
Shravan combines strategic insight with a deep understanding of human behavior to guide clients toward solutions that best support their business objectives, culture, and long-term growth. His expertise spans workplace to mixed-use strategy, research, analytics, and organizational transformation, making him a trusted advisor to leading organizations across India and the wider Asia Pacific region. Beyond project leadership, Shravan is passionate about fostering innovation and developing people. He serves as a member of the Western Region Executive Committee of AMCHAM India and is a frequent speaker at industry forums, including Economic Times Designscape, AMCHAM conferences, Realty+ Jury, and iDAC Expo.
