The client sought an iconic architectural work rooted in São Paulo's modernist tradition, where art, architecture, and nature converge. Along Cidade Jardim Avenue, one of the city's most exclusive residential corridors, the site presents a rare opportunity: a threshold between the city's vertical skyline and an expansive urban garden, offering both openness and discretion. This duality makes the relationship between architecture, landscape, and privacy the defining challenge, and opportunity, of the project.

Each full-floor residence maximizes natural light and uninterrupted views, reinforcing a seamless relationship between interior and exterior space. From brief to build: the loop-inspired building form bridges two contrasting city districts while establishing a connection with the surrounding landscape
The design process centered on integrating architectural expression with environmental performance form the earliest stages of development. Working alongside Zien Arquitetura, the team considered daylight, privacy, views, and landscape as interconnected design drivers rather than independent elements. Variations in floor plans from level to level create a central canyon, with stepped terraces helping to define the building’s contours. A lush garden at the heart of the canyon brings nature closer to each resident and helps lower temperatures in the building’s common areas. A dynamic shading veil modulates heat and light while maintaining transparency and a refined aesthetic. The tower promotes natural cross ventilation through strategically placed operable windows, channeling breezes through residential units and shared spaces.
